Adventure Aid Nepal is a non-profit initiative designed to inspire volunteers to support education and community development in Nepal. We promote trips that combine meaningful experiences with positive impact, and encourage fundraising for schools, libraries, and health initiatives supported by our partner charity, The Juniper Trust. We promote and support these opportunities, but all trip operations are managed by our trusted partner, Himalayan Expeditions (Himex), a fully licensed Nepali trekking and tour agency.

All bookings and contracts are made directly between the volunteer (or their parent/guardian) and Himalayan Expeditions. Adventure Aid Nepal does not accept any legal or financial responsibility for the operational aspects of the trip. We carry out appropriate due diligence and work closely with Himex to ensure a safe and rewarding experience, but ultimate responsibility lies with the operating company.

By joining a trip through our site, you acknowledge and accept this structure — Adventure Aid Nepal provides the outreach, fundraising support, and project connections, while Himalayan Expeditions handles all in-country services and participant logistics.
